CES 10 : rather a poor catch , probably weather-related

Sunday 3rd August 2014:
Dave, Joe, Stuart and George. After a promising start, the breeze came up a little stronger than forecast and almost certainly caused the lowest catch of the season so far :

Sedge Warbler 1 ( 1 ), Reed Warbler 3, Chiffchaff 2, Wren 1 ( 1 ), Long-tailed Tit  3 ( 1 ), Willow Warbler 1 ( 1 ), Dunnock ( 1 ), Blackbird 2, Lesser Whitethroat 1, Blackcap 1, Whitethroat 2, Robin ( 1 )
So just 23 birds in total.

Joe opened additional nets over Baxter's and caught 10 Reed Warbler, 5 Willow Warbler, 1 Sedge Warbler

Also seen: a flock of about 30 Lapwing, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Water Rail, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Buzzard, Reed Bunting
